Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel their managed IT service agreements with 30 days’ written notice.
2. Refunds for Services
One-time Support: Fees for one-time remote technical support sessions are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Subscription Services: If you are unsatisfied with our monthly managed services, you may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused portion of your billing cycle.
3. Hardware Purchases
Any hardware or equipment purchased through AKLoyalty LLC is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Unopened hardware may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
